I have been involved with and riding horses since I was 2yo. My aim has always been to breed and train competitive Australian Stock Horses a that will suit all types of riders. To achieve this I have carefully selected mares and stallions that I stand and breed. They all have been extremely successful horses and produce progeny that are great types, trainable and are winners in many equine fields.
Please feel free to browse my web page and contact me at any time if you have enquiries, or if you see me at a draft/show come and introduce yourself.
Happy browsing, I hope you enjoy the web site.
We are the proud owners of two Kirkby Stud Rebound mares. Valeravale Reveal and one we purchased from Anna herself, Wannalook Sweet Heart. Both mares have unbeatable natures and both are beautiful types and have fitted in well with our program in that both mares have produced embryos for us this season (2019/2020). We cant wait to see the results of adding these strong performance genetics into our lines.

We first noticed Rebound in the ASH journal ( stallion section) and he caught our eye immediately. Eventually we organised to meet him, and were blown away by his outstanding temperament and athleticism. We put one mare in foal to him that season and we were thrilled with the resulting progeny, so we quickly booked another 2 mares to him for the following season.
During the painfully long wait for the foals, we managed to see Anna and Rebound competing again. It assured us that we were onto a good thing here.
We now have 3 beautiful fillies by Rebound, the oldest of which we are starting to break in now. She is showing the same trainability as her sire and we have high hopes for her.
Anna has been the best stallion owner we could have hoped for in regard to keeping us informed about our mares whilst in her incredible care. We look forward to continued success along side Anna and Rebound.

Wannalook N Talk ridden by 17yo Hannah Byrnes
I bought Wannalook Talks The Talk over 12 months ago. He has an exceptional temperament and is a very versatile horse. In the time that I have owned him we have won a cutout at a campdraft. placed in team penning, stockhorse shows, challenges and also cutting. In cutting he won the snaffle bit class and the beginner horse class in his first ever competition on the same day. He is also quiet enough to let the kids ride him around. I plan on letting my daughter also ride him at pony club events as he is also capable of coming right back for different rider abilities. He is truly a wonderful all round competitive competition horse. I thanks Anna for his great foundation training and believe that she has found a pretty special market for her horses, as these type of horses are what we all want but find very hard to breed and train ourselves. thanks Anna we are grateful to have found a horse with the looks, temperament and ability. Keep doing what you do!!!!!!

After watching the years of success Anna has had with her Wannalook Stockhorses, it was a no brainer when i started my breeding program to look her direction. After I saw Rebounds progeny and how lovely they are, the deal was sealed for me and I am thrilled with the progeny that I have by Rebound. I cant wait to breed to him this season and get more fantastic results. Well done Anna.
Thank you so much Anna for letting me draft your amazing mare Wannalook Talk Tactics. This mare has taught me so much about my own riding and drafting. Anna you should be proud of the team of horses you have at Wannalook Stock horse stud. I look forward to seeing your new young horses that you have coming along by your great stallion Rebound.
Thank you Donna Dean
